Francesca is the newest addition to the NTT team, joining us in 2017. We're delighted to welcome her to the asylum!

Francesca grew up in Manchester and studied at Northumbria University. She works independently as an actor, writer and sometimes director and her first play Stars Are Fire toured theatres in the north. She has since worked with HOME, The Lowry, Contact, Oldham Coliseum and Box of Tricks Theatre. Before Not Too Tame she was Co-Artistic Director of Manchester's Monkeywood Theatre, which she co-founded in 2003.

Francesca works as a theatre maker and facilitator on the development of new plays made collaboratively with various groups in the community.
